Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing curvellasups@gmail.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Prepaid orders are dispatched on priority and cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Orders placed using discount codes or promotional offers are final and not eligible for cancellation.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us at curvellasups@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary by 2-3 additional business days depending on your payment provider.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you purchased from www.trycurvella.com and are not satisfied after consistent use, contact us within 90 days of delivery. You must have used the product for a minimum of 21 days, provide your order number, photo proof of the product, and return it in original packaging. This applies to all orders including Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after delivery, fully consumed products, requests beyond the policy window, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
